Acceptance of these Terms

By purchasing, activating, or using RallyRag, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use RallyRag only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

What RallyRag provides

RallyRag provides maintained college-sports calendars delivered through supported third-party calendar platforms. Launch support is for Google Calendar and Outlook. RallyRag may add, change, or discontinue providers or features over time.

RallyRag is independent. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any school, athletic department, athletic conference, Google, Microsoft, Stripe, broadcaster, ticket seller, or other third party unless we expressly say otherwise.

Subscription products

• Team + Single Sport. Access to one RallyRag-supported sport for one team. If the official schedule has not been published yet, you may subscribe before events are available; RallyRag will add the verified official schedule automatically when it becomes available. The annual subscription term begins at purchase, not at schedule publication.
• Pick Any 3 Calendars. Exactly three distinct school and sport calendars across any supported teams. A school or sport may repeat across different combinations. Existing purchases retain their original selections. Your three selections are locked for the subscription year and cannot be swapped after purchase. A selected sport marked Schedule not published is added when its official schedule is released and RallyRag certifies it.
• Team + All Sports. Access to every RallyRag-supported sport for the selected team as those schedules become available and are certified. New supported schedules may be added to the same All Sports calendar during the subscription term without requiring a second subscription.

Prices, renewal & payment

Prices shown at checkout are the prices that apply to the purchase. RallyRag subscriptions are annual recurring subscriptions unless a checkout offer clearly states otherwise. Your subscription renews annually at the then-applicable renewal price unless it is canceled before renewal.

Stripe processes payment and recurring billing. You authorize the applicable recurring charge when you complete checkout. Billing email and the calendar email used for delivery may be different.

Refunds: Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of a new purchase or annual renewal. After 7 days, subscription charges are non-refundable, except where required by law. Duplicate charges and situations where RallyRag cannot provide the service purchased will also be reviewed. Approved refunds may result in cancellation or revocation of the related calendar access.

Payment failures, chargebacks, fraud, or a terminal subscription status may result in suspension or revocation of calendar access.

Your calendar email & provider

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address tied to the Google or Microsoft calendar account where you want access delivered. Google delivery uses view-only access to RallyRag-owned shared calendars. Outlook delivery uses RallyRag-owned shared calendars and Microsoft sharing/invitation behavior.

Removing a calendar from your own calendar interface does not automatically cancel billing. Likewise, canceling renewal does not necessarily remove access before the end of the paid term.

Schedules can change

RallyRag works to maintain schedule dates, times, venues, broadcast information, ticket links, and game insights using available sources, but sports schedules and third-party information can change without notice.

Rewards & promotions

Referral rewards, Freshman Passes, discounts, giveaways, and other promotions may have additional eligibility rules, limits, expiration dates, or technical requirements. Unless RallyRag states otherwise, rewards have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be denied or revoked for self-referrals, duplicate customers, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, refunded orders, or other attempts to manipulate a promotion.

For the current referral program, only distinct paid subscriptions count toward a referral reward; $0 promotional subscriptions do not qualify as paid referrals.

Calendar, payment & technology platforms

RallyRag may depend on third-party services such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Stripe, Squarespace, hosting providers, data providers, ticketing providers, and other technology services.

RallyRag does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for outages, account restrictions, platform changes, service interruptions, or other issues caused by those providers.

Your subscription is for you

Your subscription is for personal use. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly redistribute, scrape, systematically copy, or commercially exploit RallyRag calendars, private access links, referral rewards, promotional codes, software, or protected content. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, or use RallyRag for unlawful activity.

Ownership & third-party rights

RallyRag owns or licenses its website, software, branding, calendar presentation, original written insights, and other proprietary materials. Team names, school names, conference names, logos, broadcaster names, ticketing brands, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Facts such as game dates and scores may come from third-party or public sources and are not claimed as exclusive RallyRag property.

Changes, suspension & termination

We may modify the service, supported teams or sports, delivery methods, or features. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, abuse, fraud, security risk, unlawful use, or material violation of these Terms.

If RallyRag permanently discontinues a paid service during an active term, we may provide an appropriate remedy as required by law or as we determine reasonable under the circumstances.

Service disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RallyRag is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, immediate synchronization, or error-free third-party services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RallyRag will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, missed events, travel costs, or losses caused by third-party services or schedule changes.

RallyRag's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid RallyRag for the applicable subscription during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law & updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law gives you non-waivable rights that require a different result.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated in a manner appropriate to the change. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
