What RallyRag provides

RallyRag provides digital sports calendar subscriptions designed to help fans follow supported teams, sports, conferences, schedules, game times, and related event information.

By purchasing or using RallyRag, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Billing & renewal

RallyRag subscriptions are billed on an annual basis unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each annual subscription period unless canceled before the next renewal. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable subscription charge at renewal.

Payments and recurring billing are processed by Stripe. RallyRag does not receive or store your full payment card number.

Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel your RallyRag subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents your next annual renewal but does not automatically refund the current subscription period. Unless otherwise stated, your subscription may remain available through the period you've already paid for.

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of a new purchase or annual renewal. After 7 days, subscription charges are generally non-refundable. Duplicate charges or situations where RallyRag cannot provide the purchased service will be reviewed.

Sports schedules can change

RallyRag is designed to keep supported sports calendars current as schedule information changes. However, college sports schedules and event information are controlled by teams, conferences, broadcasters, venues, governing organizations, and other third parties.

Dates, start times, opponents, venues, television coverage, streaming information, postponements, cancellations, and other event details may change.

Calendar & payment platforms

RallyRag may depend on third-party services such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Stripe, Squarespace, hosting providers, data providers, and other technology services.

RallyRag does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for outages, account restrictions, platform changes, service interruptions, or other issues caused by those providers.

Your subscription is for you

Unless RallyRag expressly provides otherwise, subscriptions are intended for the personal use of the customer who purchased them.

You may not resell, commercially redistribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, interfere with, abuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to RallyRag, its calendars, systems, software, or services.

Service availability

We work to keep RallyRag available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

RallyRag may modify, improve, replace, temporarily suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Supported teams, sports, conferences, calendar platforms, and features may also change over time.

Limits of the service

RallyRag is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RallyRag is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of or inability to use the service.

This includes losses resulting from incorrect or delayed sports information, missed games or events, third-party service interruptions, or calendar synchronization issues.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Updates to RallyRag & these terms

RallyRag may update these Terms as the service, subscription options, technology, or legal requirements change. When material changes are made, the effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated.
