Why pay when the schedule is already online?

The schedule being online is the problem RallyRag is solving. RallyRag puts supported game information into the calendar you already use and maintains the RallyRag calendar so you do not have to keep checking the athletics website.

What happens when a game time or supported schedule detail changes?

RallyRag maintains its master calendars. Supported changes can flow to the RallyRag calendar rather than requiring you to import a new static schedule.

Why are some sports marked Coming Soon?

College sports schedules are released on different timelines. Team + All Sports includes the supported sports available now, and future supported sports are added automatically to the same RallyRag calendar after their official schedules are released and verified. You do not need to resubscribe or add another calendar.

Does RallyRag work with Apple Calendar?

RallyRag launches with Google Calendar and Outlook. Apple Calendar is not advertised as a supported launch provider.

Is RallyRag affiliated with BYU?

No. RallyRag is an independent sports-calendar service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Brigham Young University.

Can I cancel?

Yes. RallyRag subscriptions are annual and can be canceled so they do not renew. See RallyRag Terms or contact Support for account-specific help.

What if I need help or want to ask about a refund?

Use the RallyRag Contact page. Refund and cancellation handling follows the customer-facing Terms that apply to the subscription.

What happens after payment?

RallyRag verifies the completed Stripe checkout, activates access to the correct maintained calendar, and guides you through adding it to the Google or Outlook account you selected.
